I'm one of those, "fans on 100% 24/7" types of people, but it's nice for those wanting to keep noise down. You can even set custom fan profiles to set a certain RPM based on temperatures. Zotac has done a great job of updating their software. ![]() You can do breathing, cycle or static effects. The Firestorm software lets you choose any color from the color wheel. It can be, if you so choose, but I currently have it to where the logo is purple on the front, the two LED bars on the sides are turquoise and the logo on the backplate is orange. The color scheme of the LED's is RGB, so it's not yellow like what you see in the product images. ![]() It runs Battlefield 1 at 2560x1440 all options maxed at a consistent 100FPS+ in DX12. Only when benchmarking have I seen it go higher. Most of the time gaming, even when overclocked, it never goes beyond 70c. Noise is never an issue for me, so I can't comment on the fan noise, but it seems quieter than my older 980ti Zotac Amp! Extreme. After unlocking the voltage slider, I was getting up to 2088MHz on core, and a whopping 12.2GHz on the memory. ![]() Pros: Out of the box, using the Zotac Firestorm software that was included with this product, the card was able to boost to 2032MHz on the core, just by raising the power target.
